Publicis: acquires digital agency in Brazil
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, Publicis Communications, Publicis Group's creative platform, announced the acquisition of One Digital, a digital agency based in Sao Paulo that is focused on performance and creativity.
Created in 2003, One Digital currently has 64 employees. It works with both Brazilian and International brands.
One Digital will be attached to Publicis Communications, which has 1,700 employees at all its agencies in Brazil.
