Publicis: Invest Securities upgrades to buy
(CercleFinance.com) - The Parisian broker Invest Securities, has upgraded its rating on advertising giant Publicis, for which it welcomes the group's adapting a business model by a report entitled "A Sprint winner?"
The broker has upgraded its “neutral” rating on the share goes to “buy,” having increased its corresponding target price from 55.
5 euros to 63.8 euros (+15%).
Analysts were reacting to the group's investor day, from which they retain of course forecasts, "but especially (...) the update on developments in the group's model, and particularly its offer of specific value in data, content and technology".
Invest Securities infers that certainly investors' mistrust towards the sector (and "particularly WPP") "will continue to weigh", because of competition fears from “GAFA” and other technology service giants.
That said, "we believe that today Publicis presents a limited risk and that the adaptation of its model which began three years ago is starting to bear fruit, as shown by budgets won recently," Invest Securities finally says.
