Publicis: nomination of a chief talent officer.
(CercleFinance.com) - Publicis Groupe has announced the appointment of Emmanuel André to the newly created position of Chief Talent Officer (CTO), taking office on 18 September.
Based in New York, he will be in charge of managing and recruiting new talent.
Emmanuel André will work directly with the CEOs and CTOs of the group's four solutions divisions, with the latter being directly placed under his responsibility. He will also oversee all of Publicis' training and development programs.
He will also join the management committee and will directly report to Arthur Sadoun, chairman of Publicis Groupe's executive board. As International President of TBWA\Worldwide, he has led the HR strategy to a global level.
