Eiffage: wins contract for nursing home
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of a consortium, Eiffage Construction has won the global performance contract for the construction of the EHPAD "Agnès et Matéo" nursing home in the outskirts of Cysoing (59).
Eiffage said that building is due to begin in October 2019 and will last 14 months.
Eiffage Services, a subsidiary of Eiffage Concessions, will be in charge of the building's operation and maintenance for the first 5 years. The group did not reveal the financial terms of the contract.
