Eiffage: buys land plot in Dinard
(CercleFinance.com) - The Eiffage group announced on Thursday that Eiffage Immobilier has bought a plot of land at Newquay Square in Dinard (Brittany), on which it will build a residential complex of 43,000 square metres.
It will be carried out in three phases. The first will include a residence for seniors of 117 apartments, a residence of 65 collective dwellings and 117 private parking spaces in the basement, as well as 31 parking spaces above ground.
The second phase will include building 255 collective accommodation units and 322 private car parking spaces in the basement, in addition to 69 parking spaces above ground. Finally, the third phase will be more concentrated on shops, with the creation of 3,500m² of retail premises, Eiffage said.
The work is scheduled to start next March for a delivery at the end of 2020.
