Eiffage: begins work on 'Cour d'Eylau' in Compiègne
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Immobilier Picardie has won the call to tender for a project launched by the city of Compiègne to renovate the land plot called "Cour Eylau" on the site of the former Ecole d'Etat-Major.
The construction of 138 dwellings has just begun for a scheduled delivery at the end of 2019.
The project invludes a new part of two-wing buildings of 48 new dwellings made by Eiffage Immobilier (2,412m2) and an old part where the buildings of the former Cavalry barracks will be restored by Eiffage Construction on behalf of the Company "ASL du Passage Royal" which will propose 87 dwellings (4,885 m2).
Outside the residence, there will be a French garden of 3,000 m2 in the central courtyard, 17 outdoor parking places and an underground parking of 135 places will be built.
