Eiffage: preferred candidate for 75 million euro contract in
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Eiffage announced that it is the designated candidate for the town hall of Reims to win the concession to operate an Events Centre and renovate its Conference Centre.
The contract, which would see the civil engineering and concessions group team up with GL Events, and would relate to "the design, construction, financing and operation of the Reims Events Centre, as well as the renovation and operation of the Exhibition Centre and the Conference Centre."
"The renovated Conference Centre will be delivered in October 2019, the refurbished Exhibition Centre in February 2021 and the Events Centre in October 2021," Eiffage concludes.
