Eiffage: launches operational phase of Lavallée Project
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Aménagement and the city of Châtenay-Malabry on Thursday announced the launch of the operational phase of the LaVallée project, in Île-de-France.
Baptised LaVallée in reference to both its exceptional geographical location and in recognition of Alphonse Lavallée, the founder of École Centrale, this district will be both a living space and destination by its programming: 2,200 homes, 40,000 m2 in office space, 15,000 m2 of shops, a school, a gymnasium, a nursery, an urban farm, a car park and green public areas, Eiffage group said.
This urban operation is carried out by the first SEMOP (Société d'Economie Mixte à Operation Unique) of France, of which Eiffage Aménagement is the main shareholder, alongside the city of Châtenay-Malabry and Caisse des Dépôts.
The first housing will be delivered by 2021, with the final buildings - the gymnasium and the school - set to be delivered between 2021 and 2024.
