Eiffage: 143.6 million euro capital increase for employees
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced that almost 44,000 employees have subscribed to its capital increase reserved for Group employees in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany and Senegal, via the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2018 fund.
The capital increase amounts to 143,607,323.79 euros and results in the creation of 1,933,584 new shares (equal to 1.97% of the share capital currently issued), at a price of 74.27 euros per share.
As a result, the construction and concessions group's capital of is now divided into 99,937,350 shares. After this operation, FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2018 will hold 1.93% of Eiffage's share capital.
