Eiffage: acquisition in Switzerland
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Thursday Eiffage announced that, via its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, it has acquired Priora AG, a leading construction firm in German-speaking Switzerland.
Launched in 1992, Priora AG generates turnover of around 400 million Swiss francs (about 340 million euros).
This company operates in both new construction and restoration, in the residential (60%), tertiary (30%) and public facilities (10%) sectors. It also operates in property development for landowners.
