(CercleFinance.com) - The Banque Federative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) last night launched, and this morning closed the placement of its stake of approximately 2.
8 million Eiffage shares, or 2.9% of the construction, civil engineering and concessions group's capital.
The procedure adopted was the accelerated construction of a book of orders with institutional investors. The sale proceeds were not disclosed.
At the same time, BFCM sold its 0.8%% stake in Saffran under the same terms.
