Rémy Cointreau: CEO set to leave
(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau announces that Valérie Chapoulaud-Floquet will step down as CEO for personal reasons by year-end 2019.
She will continue to exercise her mandate until the arrival of her successor.
The financial terms of her termination will be decided upon by the management committee, which will be held before the AGM and communicated when it finishes.
