Rémy Cointreau: disposal of distribution subsidiaries
(CercleFinance.com) - The group has announced the sale of its distribution subsidiaries in the Czech Republic (Rémy Cointreau Czech Republic) and in Slovakia (Rémy Cointreau Slovakia) to Mast-Jägermeister SE.
It has also signed a distribution agreement with Mast-Jägermeister SE for its spirits in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
"This transaction is fully in line with the Group's strategy to reorganize its distribution network in coherence with the upscaling of its brand portfolio," management said.
The disposal is set to be finalised by 1 April 2019.
