Rémy Cointreau: pro-forma earnings up 7.2% organically
(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has published 2018-19 adjusted pro-forma net income, group share of 87.
5 million euros, with underlying operating profit of 138 million euros, up 7.2% and 10.1% respectively year-on-year.
At end-September 2018, the Spirits group's revenues reached to
571.4 million euros (proforma Pre-IFRS 15, 16 & 9), up 5% as reported, with organic growth (at constant currencies and consolidation scope) of 7.7%.
At the end of H1, Rémy Cointreau confirms its target for growth in its FY 2018-19 underlying operating, at constant currencies and consolidation scope (again on a pro-forma basis).
