Rémy Cointreau: H1 2018-19 sales growth reaches 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has posted H1 2018-19 sales of 571.
4 million, up 5% as reported and up 7.7% on an organic basis (at constant currencies and consolidation scope).
This performance is thanks to the organic growth of the Group's brands (+8.9%), and in particular that of Rémy Martin (+11.7%), driven by continuing strong growth trends in Asia-Pacific, but also by the strength of the US market, the group said.
On the strength of this good first half to the year, the French wines and spirits group confirms its growth target in underlying operating profit over FY 2018-19, at constant currencies and consolidation scope.
