Rémy Cointreau: FY adjusted earnings up 12%

(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has published net income group share, excluding non-recurrent items, that is up 12% at 151.
3 million euros, with an underlying operating margin that is up 0.3 point at 21% (+1.3 points in organic terms) for its fiscal year ended 31 March.

The wine and spirits group's sales reached 1,127 million euros, up 2.9%. In organic terms (at constant currencies and consolidation scope), growth reached 7.2%, thanks to the performance of the group's brands (+9.2%).

The group will offer a dividend of 1.65 euro per share to shareholders at its AGM of 24 July, with an option between payment in cash or shares for the entire distribution.
