Valeo: BlackRock increases stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has declared to the French regulator, the AMF, that on 26 December it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Valeo and that it holds on behalf of the said clients and funds 5.
01% of the capital and 4.90% of the voting rights of the automotive supplier.
This crossing of the threshold ensues from an acquisition of Valeo shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held for collateral.
