Valeo: Oddo raises target.
(CercleFinance.com) - In a note sent out this Tuesday morning, Oddo raised its target price for Valeo from 65 to 67 euros, while maintaining its “buy” rating.
The automotive supplier “benefits from numerous growth drivers, including a widespread increase in the share and value of content, a revolution in terms of engines with growth in hybrid and electric vehicles, and the development of connected and autonomous vehicles,” says the broker.
Oddo also says: “Valeo's current challenge is to integrate the numerous acquisitions made (peiker, Spheros and Ichikoh) and underway (Kapec and FTE) which will ensure a strong growth dynamic as well as a profit-enhancing effect”.
