Lagardère: Lagardère-Arnault has more than 15% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - The group composed by Arnaud Lagardère and the companies he controls, Groupe Arnault and Financière Agache declared to the AMF that it has crossed the threshold, on 7 October, of 15% of the capital of Lagardère SCA and that it holds 15.
01% of the capital and 16.93% of voting rights.
This crossing of the threshold results from an acquisition of shares on the market. The group does not envisage taking over control of Lagardère SCA, but rather proceeding to acquire shares based on market opportunities and the evolution of the shareholdership.
