Lagardère: Oddo still on hold after Vivendi/Amber deal
(CercleFinance.com) - An Oddo BHF analyst confirms his "neutral" recommendation on the Lagardère share, after the agreement between Vivendi and Amber Capital to obtain representation on its board.
If they reach their goals, both shareholders will have a greater influence on the group and will be able to try to change governance (management). The outstanding issue remains the position of the Arnault Group and the details of the operation with Lagarde C&M. We currently lack details on this operation, including whether Arnault Group might become a minority shareholder of Lagarde SCA, Oddo comments.
Oddo BHF thus confirms its 15-euro target price, which represents limited upside potential of 3%.
