Lagardère: sale of radio assets to Czech Media Invest
(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère has announced the sale of its radio assets in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Romania to the Czech Media Invest group.
The assets generated revenues of approximately 56 million euros in 2017.
This transaction amounts to 73 million euros; its actual completion mainly depends on obtaining the agreement from regulatory authorities in the four countries concerned.
"This transaction is the first in a series of disposals concerning Lagardère Active assets within the scope of the strategic redeployment announced by Arnaud Lagardère on 8 March 2018," the media group underlined.
