Lagardère: BlackRock stake falls below 5% of VR
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, BlackRock Inc.
has declared that yesterday its stake in Lagardère SCA fell below the threshold of 5% of Lagardère SCA's voting rights, with the asset manager now holding, on behalf of the said clients and funds, 8,800,545 LAGARDERE SCA shares, which represents the same number of voting rights, i.e. 6.71% of the company's share capital and 4.99% its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from a sale of Lagardère SCA shares OTC and a decrease in the number of Lagardère SCA shares held as collateral.
