Vivendi: resolutions adopted at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi announces that at its AGM, Cyrille Bolloré was appointed as a member of the group's supervisory board for four years, replacing Vincent Bolloré, who was subsequently appointed as a censor and advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Board.
The meeting also approved the implementation of Vivendi's transformation project into a European Company, to "allow Vivendi to align its corporate form with its economic and cultural European roots".
In addition, shareholders approved the distribution of an ordinary dividend of 0.50 euro per share for 2018, up 11.1% compared to that of 2017. It will be paid from 18 April, with the dividend detachment date set on 16 April.
