Vivendi: 5 directors appointed on Telecom Italia's board
(CercleFinance.com) - Telecom Italia's AGM that has been held today appointed 5 of the 10 candidates submitted by Vivendi to its board of directors, we learnt this Friday afternoon.
As Telecom Italia's largest shareholder, holding 23.94% of its ordinary shares, Vivendi has confirmed its long-term commitment to this company and will take all measures it deems appropriate to protect its value and avoid its dismantling.
