Vivendi: resignation of TIM board representatives
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has announced that its representatives will leave Telecom Italia's Board of Directors.
The three Vivendi representatives on Telecom Italia's (TIM) Board of Directors, who support the group's industrial plan that has been unanimously voted and implemented by Amos Genish and his team, have decided to submit their wish to step down to the group's shareholders.
This decision follows the attempt at dismantling Telecom Italia (TIM) that was led by the Hedge Fund Elliott Management, the group said.
