Vivendi: Full-year 2017 outlook confirmed.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi's revenues reached 8,621 million euros over the first nine months of 2017, up 11.
8% compared to the first nine months of 2016, mainly due to the integration of Havas on 3 July 2017 (+525 million euros).
Like-for-like sales growth reached 4.1%, mainly thanks to growth at Universal Music Group (UMG) (+10.9%), while the situation at Canal+ group improved slightly (9m 2017 sales down 1.6%, against a 2.7% decline over the same period in 2016).
Vivendi confirms its annual outlook for 2017, including sales growth of over 5% (before the integration of Havas), and, thanks to measures taken in 2016, adjusted EBITA rose by about 25% (before the integration of Havas).
