Vivendi: public repurchase offer on Havas.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has announced that it has received an additional repurchase request for approximately 1.
6% of Havas' share capital and has decided to follow-up on this request, which was dealt with yesterday at the price of its offer, i.e. 9.25 euros per share.
Vivendi has thus raised its stake in Havas' capital to 96.3%. This stake will enable Havas to benefit from the tax integration system.
Vivendi has announced its intention to implement a public takeover bid followed by a mandatory squeeze-out at a price of 9.25 euros for all Havas shareholders.
