Vivendi: exceeds two-thirds of Havas' capital.
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi has declared to the AMF that its stake has exceeded the thresholds of two thirds of Havas' share capital and voting rights on 21 September, with the group holding 71.
44% of the capital and 71.43% of the voting rights of the media group.
This crossing of thresholds results from Vivendi's acquisition of Havas shares on the market, as part of its simplified tender offer that it initiated on Havas' shares.
