Vivendi: Invest Securities upgrades stock.

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities has upgraded its rating on the Vivendi stock from "neutral" to "buy," and has raised its target price from 17.
2 euros to 21.4 euros, while, according to the financial daily newspaper Les Echos, its subsidiary Canal+ appears to have reached a distribution agreement with Orange.

"Orange will distribute the Canal+ Essentiel offer to its fiber subscribers. Canal will receive a guaranteed minimum of Orange, the amount of which has not been disclosed," says the analyst who monitors the entertainment group.

Initially, and based on a 600 million euros per year increase in revenues, the broker has reviewed its valuation for Canal+ from 3.6 billion euros to 6.2 billion euros. It has also increased its valuation of Universal Music Group from 11.4 billion euros to 14.4 billion euros.
