Vivendi: signs agreement with Bolloré.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Vivendi announced that it has signed an agreement with Bolloré group to acquire its majority stake of around 60% in the Havas group.
The price of 9.25 euros per share, originally indicated in the letter of intent, has now been confirmed.
Vivendi will file a simplified takeover bid on the remainder of Havas' capital, which is an offer that does not intend to delist Havas.
