Zodiac Aerospace: tender offer starts on 27 December
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the principal takeover bid and subsidiary exchange offer for Zodiac Aerospace shares, filed by Crédit Agricole CIB on behalf of Safran, will open on 27 December 2017.
The closing date will be set after the merger between Safran and Zodiac Aerospace has been approved by the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE) and upon confirmation of the absence of opposition to this authorisation.
For the record, the principal takeover bid offers 25 euros per Zodiac share and the exchange offer in the alternative, a discount of 0.300 to 0.332 per Safran preference share to issue for each Zodiac share.
