Zodiac Aerospace: FFP will tender shares to exchange offer.
(CercleFinance.com) - FFP has announced that, as part of the friendly public exchange offer initiated by Safran on Zodiac Aerospace, it intends to tender all of its shares to the subsidiary exchange offer filed with the AMF on Thursday.
“Based on the quality of Safran's business model, the recovery currently under way at Zodiac Aerospace and the strength of the aerospace cycle, FFP is eager to become shareholder of the new entity,” the Peugeot family's holding company explained.
As a member of Zodiac Aerospace's Supervisory Board for 11 years, FFP has said that it will be involved in the governance of Safran's board of directors until its next AGM.
