Zodiac Aerospace: tender commitments signed.
(CercleFinance.com) - Zodiac Aerospace has announced that some of the founding family reference shareholders have signed blocking and contribution commitments to Safran's tender offer on over 18% of the capital.
Taking into account the commitments already made by FFP, FFP Invest and the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, this brings reference shareholders' total commitments to approximately 27% of the capital of Safran's tender offer.
