Group EBITDA amounted to 2,508 million euros, down 0.3% after FX factors and -5.5% at constant exchange rates. EBITDA in France (including Cdiscount) amounted to 1,321 million euros, including 1,268 million euros for France Retail and 54 million euros for Cdiscount.
Group operating income was 1,117 million euros, down 5.9% at constant exchange rates (-3.6% excluding tax credits) and down 12.1% at constant exchange rates (-5.2% excluding tax credits).
The normalised net loss from continuing operations (group share) amounted to -102 million euros, compared with 89 million euros in 2021. At the bottom line Casino made a loss of 316 million euros, compared with 534 million euros in 2021.
