Casino: approvals for sale of GreenYellow
(CercleFinance.com) - On 16 September 2022, the Casino group, Tikehau and Bpifrance signed the final sale agreement, with Ardian, for the sale of a majority stake in GreenYellow.
All regulatory approvals required for merger control and foreign investments having been obtained, with an effective completion due by 18 October 2022, at which time the Group will lose control of the subsidiary.
This transaction values GreenYellow's equity at 1.1 billion euros, or 600 million euros net of reinvestments.
