Casino: Goldman Sachs stake below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs Group, through its subsidiaries, has informed that AMF that on 14 January it has reduced its stake in Casino's capital to below the threshold of 5% of its capital and voting rights, and that, it now indirectly holds 2.
20% of the group's capital and 1.56% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from an OTC sale of Casino shares. On this occasion, Goldman Sachs International individually cut its stake in Casino to below 5% of its capital.
