Casino: Morgan Stanley stake above 5% of voting rights again
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley Plc has informed the AMF that on 28 December, through its subsidiaries, it has raised its stake in Casino's capital to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights and that it now indirectly holds 7.
14% of Casino Casino's capital and 5.07% of its voting rights.
The US investment bank says that this threshold has been exceeded to to OTC purchases of Casino's shares.
