Casino: Morgan Stanley raises stake

International plc stated has stated that on 14 November it individually raised its stake in Casino's capital to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights and that it now individually holds 7,805,593 Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 7.11% of the group's capital and 5.06% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to a return of Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares lent and an increase in Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares borrowed.
