Casino: UBS raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF this morning published a notice which relays the statement that on 21 September, UBS increased its stake in Casino's capital to beyond the threshold of 5%.
On this date, and after an increase in the number of financial instruments relating to Casino shares held by UBS AG, the Swiss bank held 5.12% of the French retailer's shares and 3.49% of its voting rights.
