Casino: Morgan Stanley stake falls below 5% of VR

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley Plc has informed the AMF that on 31 August, via its subsidiaries, its stake in Casino has fallen by the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights (VR), with it now indirectly holding 6.
71% of the retail group's capital and 4.57% of its voting rights.

This threshold was broken following the OTC sale of Casino shares.
