Casino: Goldman Sachs' stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has informed the AMF that, indirectly through companies it controls, on 13 August its stake in Casino's capital has risen above the threshold of 5% of the food retailer's capital.
It now indirectly holds 7,031,140 Casino shares, representing as many voting rights, or 6.41% of its capital and 4.37% of its voting rights.
This crossing of this threshold results from an OTC purchase of Casino shares.
