Casino: BlackRock raises stake above 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 9 August its shareholding in Casino rose above the threshold of 5% of the retail group's capital, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
09% of Casino's capital and 3.47% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to the receipt of Casino shares held as collateral.
