Casino: BlackRock stake exceeds 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed has notified the AMF that on 26 June it raised its stake in Casino to above the 5% thresholds of the group's capital, with it now holding 5.
05% of the group's capital and 3.43% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the an OTC purchase of Casino shares and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
