Casino: Argan to build new warehouse
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Argan announced that it has signed an agreement with Casino group for the construction of its new warehouse, incorporating an unprecedented mechanisation system in France.
This warehouse will be installed in the department 91, in Fleury-Merogis. The lessor-developer of premium warehouses and Casino have signed a 12-year lease.
The delivery of this 36,000 metre squared warehouse is scheduled to be opened in the second quarter of 2019. The group explained that it will be equipped with solar panels intended to generate electricity for its own consumption, as will all Argan's new developments henceforth.
