Casino: disposal of Via Varejo on track

(CercleFinance.com) - In response to rumours circulating on Tuesday, late on Tuesday afternoon Casino confirmed via a press release that the disposal of its subsidiary Via Varejo remains on track in Brazil, without providing any new details relative to the deal compared to its statement of 8 March, when the group published its annual results.


The retailer also denied that this subsidiary was entering into any partnership.
