Casino: reinforces partnership with La Poste
(CercleFinance.com) - The Casino Group and La Poste have strengthened their partnership in-home delivery for Cdiscount, Franprix and Monoprix customers, we learned late on Tuesday morning.
New innovative delivery services will be proposed to continue to meet customer demands of these three brands and therefore facilitate their daily lives. Initiated in 2015 with Franprix in Paris, the partnership now extends to the Cdiscount and Monoprix brands across a large part of France.
Since 2015, La Poste Group and its subsidiaries have been supporting the Casino Group in improving customer service, whether for Cdiscount package delivery by appointment, express delivery of Franprix products ordered in Paris or Lyon, on the mobile app, or the delivery of Monoprix shopping on Sundays, these innovations make life easier for the group's customers. Today's strengthening of our partnership is based on a simple premise: always innovating to offer new services and therefore meet the new demands of our customers, keeping ahead of their requirements, said Casino Group's chairman and CEO Jean-Charles Naouri.
