Vinci: acquires Transelec Common in Canada
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci Energies has announced the acquisition of the Canadian company Transselec Common.
This company is Quebec's leader in energy and telecommunications infrastructure services. Its sales reached 300 million Canadian dollars in 2019 (190 million euros).
Since the year 2000 the company developed its operations in the construction and maintenance of telecommunications networks, the deployment of optical fiber and the connection of people on behalf of operators.
The company also works in the design and construction of wind and solar farms, as well as in the area of urban networks; in particular public lighting, signaling and traffic management.
