Vinci: AGM approves dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced that its AGM has approved the payment of a 2.
04 euro dividend per share for FY 2019.
Given the interim dividend payment of 0.79 euro last November, Vinci will pay the remaining balance of 1.25 euro.
"Shareholders will be able to opt for payment of the final dividend in cash or in new shares at a price of E78.71. From 10 July 2020, the dividend will be paid solely in cash. The share will be quoted ex-dividend on 23 June 2020. The final dividend will be paid in cash or new shares on 16 July 2020," the company said.
