Vinci: contract to revamp Toulon Hyères airport
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci announces the start of work to modernise the runways and runway lighting system of Toulon Hyères airport.
Worth 27.5 million euros, including a public contribution of 6.9 million euros, this work represents the biggest investment made since the airport was built in 1967.
As one of France's three combined civil and military airports, Toulon Hyères requires day-to-day coordination between the VINCI Airports teams and the naval air base.
The works include the renovation of runways and taxiways, refurbishment of the airport's runway lighting system and work to bring the airport into compliance with the French water law
