Vinci: completes 1 billion dollar bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced a successful 1 billion dollar inaugural bond issue, maturing in April 2029, paying an annual coupon of 3.
750%, an issue that investors oversubscribed to by almost four times.
After its 800 million pound bond issue, this first issue in dollars enables Vinci to continue to diversify its funding sources and its investor base by accessing the US bond market.
It also enables the construction and concessions group to continue to extend the average maturity of its debt in a market environment that remains buoyant. The proceeds from this bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
